We have already visited the construction site 10 days before. Basically it was for my son Anup, who is recently in U.S.A (CA) and he had a wish to purchase the NA Bungalow Plot in your scheme Royale Citee. We are very much pleased after observing the whole plane and gently decided to book it. Your staff member had provided the necessary information in a very joyful manner and particularly explained in Marathi about the scheme. Due to effect of first toady impression we have booked the Plot and had issued a cheque of Rs.1,00,000. We hope that our estimated loan may be sanctioned within a short period and we will satisfy with the Plot. Thank you

1.This is to put on record my initial and subsequent interaction with the staff of Royale Crosswinds (a) Found out about Shah Group from the internet while searching for builders in Sangli coming up with new residential project, I short listed Royale Crosswinds keeping in view the location. (b) Within a week we drove down from Mumbai to do house hunting at Sangli with the list of short listed projects. We had two days for the same. After having gone through with almost all the projects less Royale Crosswinds . We were quite disheartened as we could not find a perfect combination of surroundings, proximity to essential services like Railway station, Colleges, etc. quality and the cost factor. (c) Disheartened we started back towards Mumbai then all of a sudden a brainwave came why not try out Royale Crosswinds on our way back and we just moved for this project. Believe me on reaching the front office the warmth with which we were received by Sales team really touched our heart and some where the mind said this is place. (d) Cost wise the pricing is really reasonable and fitted in our budget. 2. Thanks to Sales team for giving us complete and honest picture about the project with out hiding any facts. We are convinced the Shah Group believes in quality and just pricing. We are part of this project because we booked a two bed-room flat with Royale Crosswinds the same day.

It was really good co-ordination and commitment between customer care and sales team which has resulted in booking of flat in a single visit. Sales Person has sent all details regarding projects prior to visit on email and Site staff explained and convinced it with Sample Flat at site.
